SellerPro Privacy Policy

1. Data controller. Trade Italia S.r.l., Via A. Volta 18, 95122 Catania (CT), Italy, VAT IT04605740879, REA CT-307178, certified email (PEC) trade-italia@pec.it, email info@sellerpro.cloud ("Trade Italia", "we"). SellerPro is the software service available at https://sellerpro.cloud.

2. Data we process.

• SellerPro account data: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), organization name, access logs (date, time, IP address) for security.
• Data obtained from Amazon through the Selling Partner API (SP-API), only after your authorization: seller and marketplace identifiers; authorization token (refresh token) stored encrypted; order data limited to order ID, SKU, ASIN, quantity, price, date, sales channel, fulfillment channel and status; inventory (fulfillable, reserved and inbound quantities per SKU); catalog (ASIN, SKU, title, image). We do not request buyers' personal data from Amazon (name, address, phone, email) and we do not store it.
• Manually uploaded reports: the Seller Central files you upload are parsed to extract only the fields listed above; files are not kept after processing and any buyer data they contain is not saved.
• Data you enter: bills of materials, warehouse stock, production orders, settings.

3. Purposes and legal basis. Providing the service (performance of the contract): synchronization and analysis of sales and stock, production plans, orders. Security, abuse prevention and legal obligations (legitimate interest and legal obligation). Service communications about your account (performance of the contract). We do not use data for advertising profiling and we do not sell it.

4. Amazon data and Data Protection Policy. Data obtained through SP-API is used only for the SellerPro features requested by the seller who authorized it, in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. It is not aggregated for other purposes, not transferred to third parties and not used to contact buyers.

5. Retention. Account data: for the duration of the relationship and up to 12 months after closure, unless the law requires otherwise. Amazon data: as long as the Amazon account stays connected; when the authorization is revoked the token is deleted immediately and synchronized data is deleted within 30 days of the request. Access logs: 12 months. Backups: encrypted, 30-day rotation.

6. Security. HTTPS/TLS-only transmission; authorization tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM with keys kept separate from the database; hashed passwords; per-tenant access control; administrative access limited to authorized staff with strong authentication; access logging; regular security updates; incident response plan with notification to affected parties and, where required, to Amazon and the supervisory authority within the legal deadlines.

7. Where data is stored and who processes it. Data is stored on dedicated servers in the European Union (Hostinger International Ltd., data center in Germany), acting as data processor. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. There are no other recipients, except competent authorities when required by law.

8. Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent (GDPR Articles 15–22). Write to info@sellerpro.cloud: we reply within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Cookies. We use only technical session cookies required for login. No profiling or third-party cookies.

10. Minors. The service is intended for businesses and professionals; it is not intended for persons under 18.

11. Changes. Changes will be published here with a new date; for material changes we will notify registered users by email.
