SellerPro — replenishment and production planning for Amazon sellers

Who it is for

• Sellers with several accounts. Sales, stock and requirements of every account in one view, without spreadsheets.
• Brands that produce. Requirements become production orders: blank garments, prints and finished goods, with progress tracking and blockers.
• Seasonal businesses. The plan starts from last year's sales for the same period and applies the growth you choose.

How it works

1. 1.Connect your accounts. You authorize SellerPro from your Seller Central through Amazon's Selling Partner API. You can also upload order and inventory reports manually.
2. 2.SellerPro organizes the data. Sales per account and per ASIN, FBA inventory (fulfillable, reserved, inbound), catalog and bill of materials for each product.
3. 3.Get the plan. Requirements per product and per account, net of stock; production and reorder orders; shipments to Amazon per account.

Features

• Sales by account. Units and revenue by period, account, marketplace and ASIN; valid orders only (cancelled orders and unwanted channels excluded).
• Inventory. FBA stock per account from the "Manage FBA Inventory" report or from the API; internal warehouse of blanks, prints and finished goods; warning when data is older than 7 days.
• Production plan. Historical base (e.g. November–December of the previous year), growth percentage, stock subtracted account by account, rounding to supplier pack sizes.
• Bill of materials. Automatic reading of the SKU: blank garment + print, multi-component sets, finished purchased items, personalized items; manual matching for exceptions.
• Production orders. From the plan: lines for blank garments (supplier), prints (in-house) and finished goods; log received, printed and completed units; a "What is blocking" section shows what is missing.
• Manual report import. Upload Amazon text reports with preview, consistency checks and duplicate protection.
• In development (2026–2027 roadmap): shipments to Amazon per account with FNSKU labels, year-over-year comparison at the same date, per-model forecasts.

Data and security

• What we read from Amazon: orders (order ID, SKU, quantity, price, date, channel, status), FBA inventory, catalog. We do not request or store buyers' personal data.
• Where: dedicated servers in the European Union (Hostinger, Germany). HTTPS-only connections.
• How: encrypted authorization tokens (AES-256-GCM), data access limited to your tenant, encrypted backups.
• Who: only you and the users you invite. No sharing with third parties, no selling of data.
• Disconnecting: revoke the authorization at any time from Seller Central or from SellerPro; data is deleted on request within 30 days.

Pricing

All prices exclude VAT. Until 31 December 2026 SellerPro is in free beta by invitation: no cost, all features.

No minimum term: monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.

FAQ

Do I need the Amazon API?

No. You can also use SellerPro by manually uploading the "All Orders" and "Manage FBA Inventory" reports from Seller Central.

Which accounts can I connect?

Seller accounts on Amazon's European marketplaces (amazon.it, .de, .fr, .es, .nl, .se, .pl, .be). Other marketplaces on request.

Does SellerPro see my customers' data?

No. We only request from Amazon the order, inventory and catalog data needed for the calculations; buyer names and addresses are neither requested nor stored.

Can I disconnect an account?

Yes, at any time. Revoke the authorization from Seller Central ("Manage your apps") or from SellerPro; that account's data is deleted on request.
