SellerPro Terms of Service

1. The service. SellerPro is a subscription software ("SaaS") by Trade Italia S.r.l. to analyze sales and stock of Amazon seller accounts and to plan production, reorders and shipments. It is intended for businesses and professionals.

2. Account. You are responsible for your credentials and for the activity on your account. Each organization ("tenant") sees only its own data.

3. Amazon connection. By authorizing SellerPro through the Selling Partner API you confirm that you are entitled to do so for that account and you accept that data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke the authorization at any time.

4. Acceptable use. You may not use SellerPro to violate Amazon's policies, to access third-party data without authorization, to attempt to bypass security measures or to resell the service without a written agreement.

5. Beta. Until 31 December 2026 the service is in free beta by invitation. Features may change; we do our best to ensure continuity and data integrity, but we do not offer availability guarantees during the beta.

6. Prices and payment. Plans and prices are published at https://sellerpro.cloud (VAT excluded). Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the following period. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

7. Ownership. The software, calculation models and website content belong to Trade Italia S.r.l. Your data remains yours: you can export it and request its deletion.

8. Liability. SellerPro provides estimates and recommendations based on the available data; production, purchasing and shipping decisions remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, Trade Italia's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

9. Suspension and termination. We may suspend an account in case of violation of these terms or of Amazon's policies. You can close your account at any time by writing to info@sellerpro.cloud.

10. Law and jurisdiction. Italian law applies. The courts of Catania have jurisdiction, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
